Founder & President
Army combat medic. Paramedic. Clinical operations leader. Nick spent years running clinical programs and reporting for some of the largest EMS organizations in the country — and watching the same data gaps appear everywhere he looked. Amsler Labs is what happens when you stop waiting for someone else to fix it.
Clinical Intelligence & Product Development
Christian brings more than 16 years of experience across EMS, air medical transport, critical care nursing, clinical education, data analytics, and software development. His background spans frontline 911 EMS, ICU nursing, flight nursing, field training, clinical education, research, and healthcare data leadership. Christian’s work centers on connecting real-world emergency care with better technology — hands-on with ePCR systems, data integration, Power BI, performance dashboards, AI/ML governance, and product development.
Co-Founder & Operations
In addition to his clinical roots as a Paramedic and Registered Nurse, Jake has spent nearly two decades establishing, building, leading, and optimizing critical care transportation programs nationwide. As an owner, operator, advisor, and leader across the air medical transportation industry, his expertise is leveraged directly in the products Amsler Labs builds.
