01 · Information We Collect
Amsleroperations.com collects information you provide directly through our contact form: name, organization, email address, subject, and the message you send us. We also capture your IP address server-side, used solely to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse — it is not logged to a CRM, profile, or analytics system, and is not associated with the contents of your message.
We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) of any kind. Our contact form is not a clinical channel and should not be used to transmit patient data. If you submit PHI inadvertently, we will delete the message and contact you to resend without it.
02 · How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up on demo and trial requests, and continue conversations you’ve initiated. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your contact information for marketing outside of the conversation you started.
03 · Data Storage & Security
Contact form submissions are transmitted over TLS to a self-hosted n8n instance, recorded as a row in a Google Workspace Sheet, and forwarded by email to Amsler Labs personnel. Storage encryption at rest is provided by Google Workspace; the n8n instance sits behind authenticated access on hardened infrastructure. See our Security page for details.
04 · Cookies & Analytics
Amsleroperations.com does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or third-party analytics. We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tracker. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics product (e.g., Plausible) in the future, this section will be updated before it ships.
05 · Third-Party Services
The contact form pipeline relies on the following services, each of which maintains its own privacy practices:
- n8n (self-hosted at n8n.amslerlabs.com) — receives the contact form submission and runs the CRM workflow.
- Google Workspace (Sheets) — stores contact form submissions as CRM records.
- OpenAI API (GPT-4o) — receives the contents of the contact form to help draft a response email. Per OpenAI’s API data usage policy, API submissions are not retained for model training.
- Resend — sends the notification email containing the AI-drafted response to Amsler Labs personnel.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection for amsleroperations.com.
- Hetzner — application hosting (United States).
06 · Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you have submitted through this site at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion removes the corresponding row from our CRM Sheet and any cached copies in the n8n workflow.
07 · Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our infrastructure or third-party services change. Material changes will be reflected by the Last updated date above. Substantive changes — for example, the introduction of a new third-party processor — will be called out in this section.
